Cancellation and refund policy: If we cancel a class due to any reason such as teacher illness, we will make up that class at a later date.   Classes cancelled due to weather will not be made up.  Once classes have begun there will not be any refunds except due to medical reasons.

Helpful Hints: Please LABEL all dance shoes and belongings. Every year things are left behind and lost because we can’t find the owner.  Bring your own water bottle to class each week. Please do not bring any food or snacks or drinking boxes to class.

We would appreciate it if you did not approach the teachers between classes with any questions you might have; email your questions or phone during the week.  This is very important in order to allow the classes to begin and end in a timely manner.

Make sure the youngest dancers have had a chance to use the washroom BEFORE class.

We ask that you do not allow your children to play unattended in the hallway or foyer as there is a class conducted in the upper hall. Please do not talk in the front entranceway. Ensure that siblings are not left unattended in the church.

Pick up and Safety:  It is extremely important that you arrive promptly for class times, and promptly when done to pick up your child.
